Today's teens want experiences. They want more out of their education. They're motivated to work when the project is relevant to their interests and it pushes them.

Traditional internships can be tough. Employers spend a ton of time on the administrative and management tasks involved to put on a good experience. And even then sometimes it doesn't work out.

Students want to work on business projects but don't know how to find them. And for them too, traditional internships can be challenging due to time and logistics.

Otto is trying something new. Qualified students join us and get a supportive online community of business mentors, the opportunity to run a high school student store, the chance to work on problems submitted by business leaders, and the promise of getting an edge when applying to college or to a post grad full time job.
